Disturbed Dirt can be found at [52.0, 30.0] by a banner near the path leading to the Darkmoon Faire in Darkmoon Island. A 
[Faded Treasure Map] leads players to the dirt pile in 
[1-70] Silas' Secret Stash, where they will find the 
[Moonlit Note].
