Dingy Plaque is found on the back of a lonely chair in the Deep Cavern. This area can be reached through the Dark Fissure in the Crumbling Depths in Deepholm. It holds the fourth clue for obtaining the 
[Lucid Nightmare].

This is an anagram for "Racksum Greep is the key". Although the goblin's appearance hints at obtaining a
