Department of Mariner's Vessels is a post office located at Mariner's Row in Boralus. The place is run by Sylvester Chase who tries his best to keep the workers focused. When Sylvester isn't keeping an eye on the other employees, they'll spend their time getting drunk, taking naps and rifling through the mail for laughs. Sylvester will quickly bring them back to work when he notices, when he isn't busy messing with the mail himself upstairs.
