Patch changes

Patch 7.0.3 (2016-07-19): Removed.
Patch 6.1.0 (2015-02-24): Now heals the Death Knight for 400% of damage dealt (up from 335%).
Hotfix (2014-10-15): Death Siphon should no longer heal for more than intended when used against targets that are much lower leveled than the casting Death Knight.
Patch 5.4.0 (2013-09-10): Damage increased by 10%.
Patch 5.2.0 (2013-03-05): Now heals for 150% of the damage dealt (was 100%).
Patch 5.0.4 (2012-08-28): Added.
