Other than completing the Dalaran jewelcrafting daily quests or purchasing tokens from Tiffany Cartier at a rate of 1 token for 10 
[Titanium Powder], this is the only source to acquire Dalaran Jewelcrafter's Tokens to purchase the many high level jewelcrafting patterns.
