Dal'Rend's Sacred Charge drops from Warchief Rend Blackhand in Upper Blackrock Spire. This is an excellent main hand sword for rogues because it hits extremely slowly, making 
[Sinister Strike] hit very heavily. The set, Dal'Rend's Arms, is also valuable to hunters as one of the best pre-raid melee weapon options for buffing ranged damage.
