Crystal Mallet of Heralds is an artifact crafted by Forgelite Hephaesius at the Seat of Eternal Hymns in Bastion for players who have completed the 
[Shard Labor] achievement.
- Forgelite Hephaesius says: It has been an age since I last forged one of these.
- Forgelite Hephaesius says: May that bell ring an inspiring sound once again.
- Forgelite Hephaesius says: The honor shall be yours. Take it.
Take the mallet to the Vesper of Silver Winds at [36.1, 26.6] at the Shrine of the Silver Wind in Bastion, and use it on the vesper:
- The larion overhead roars in approval as it descends.
A Silverwind Larion will descend from on high, placing the Gift of the Silver Wind chest on the ground. Open it to obtain the 
[Silverwind Larion] mount.
Trivia
- During the beta, the item was named Crystal Mallet of Heralding and had the following flavor text: "Its use often preceded a mighty kyrian host mounted on silver wings."
