Cosmic Energy is obtained at the Resonant Peaks in Zereth Mortis. The energy is gathered from orbs dropped by energized enemies, or by standing in Cosmic Energy Pools. It can be used within the Gravid Repose to move to the various floors of the structure using the Locus Shift.
