Confidential Message is found in the Personal Letterbox in the Athenaeum of the Scarlet Monastery Library. It contains instructions on opening the Stone Coffer in the Scarlet Monastery Graveyard.

Brother Esolon,
Should you need access to the reliquary, I've hidden a key in the graveyard. It is inside a stone coffer; beneath the floor of the northern mausoleum.
There is a mechanism to raise the coffer. To activate it, you must sit on the two benches between the pairs of statues on either side of the graveyard.
Please treat this information as highly privileged.
