The Claw of Tichondrius was obtained by the Satyr within Felwood following the death of the Dreadlord. Thanks to the aid of adventures the claw would eventually find it's way into the hands Arcanist Delaris, who promised that it would be "given to people responsible enough to contain such things...assuming it can't be destroyed."
