Chunks of Ore are looted from Fresh Rubble found throughout the mines at Splintertree Post in Ashenvale.
As a quest objective
Durak, an orc warlock, asks the player to collect 10 chunks which he intends to enchant for use against the night elf assault on Splintertree during 
[7-30] Dirty Deeds.
