When to tag
Unless someone is explicitly titled as a "commoner", "civilan", "peasant", "peon", "villager", "citizen" and such, it's not necessary to add the tag, because otherwise you'd end up tagging most of the NPCs of the world. Xporc (talk) 13:15, 28 September 2017 (UTC)
