• Equip an epic item in every slot with a minimum item level of 359 (prior to Battle for Azeroth).

Cataclysmically Epic is a Legacy achievement earned for equipping an epic item in every slot with a minimum item level of 359 prior to patch 8.0.1.

Notes

• The items do not have to be equipped at the same time.
• A single epic trinket or ring can be swapped from one slot to the other, satisfying both criteria.
