CVar sunshafts

Note: Enabling this CVar with an old graphics driver causes the game screen to go black

This cvar enables the sunshafts graphics in patch 4.0.1 and higher. May also be known as god rays or crepuscular rays [1]

Default Setting

This CVar requires a game engine restart to go into effect. In-game, type the following

/console sunshafts setting

Do NOT Alt-F4 out of wow or this CVar will not be applied when you load WoW again.

Alternatively, you can exit wow, open the Config.wtf file, and add the following line:

SET sunshafts setting
