This Console variable has been removed from the game.

Toggles Hardware cursor. Enabled should result in smoother cursor movement, but can cause stuttering or freezing of the cursor altogether. Disabled can cause jittery movement of the cursor.

Changing this setting
In-game, type the following
/console gxCursor setting
Alternatively, you can exit wow, open the Config.wtf file, and add the following line:
SET gxCursor setting
