CVar consolidateBuffs

This CVar sets whether Buffs and Debuffs should be consolidated in the buffs section of the UI.

In-game, type the following

Alternatively, you can exit wow, open the Config-cache.wtf file, and add the following line:

SET consolidateBuffs setting
