BrianI was a Blizzard employee and blue poster in the US Technical Support forum for World of Warcraft. He posted for a few months while there were active issues with ISPs (Internet Service Providers) and schools packet shaping World of Warcraft that was resulting in severe latency and disconnections. He was assigned to Blizzard's NOC (Network Operations Center) until transferring to another department in mid-March 2011.[1]
