Beer for everyone!

Brew Taps are found on the spigots of the three large barrels in the Stormstout Brewhall in Stormstout Brewery. They can be opened by a rogue using [Pick Lock] or with a  [Tap Tool]. Doing so before Ook-Ook has been defeated will cause beer to pool up, to the joy of the hozen packs, who will drink themselves to sleep, counting towards the progress needed to fight Ook-Ook. The taps tools are not accessible until after the boss is defeated, but the item can be saved for future runs.
