Brazier of Madness is found at ^{[61.7, 45.8]} on the noth side of the altar in the Cache of Madness in Zul'Gurub for players who have completed the  [Relics of a Fallen Empire] achievement.

  • Brazier of Madness,  [Shattered Hakkari Bijou], and  [Fragmented Hakkari Bijou] no longer have a level requirement.
