Bottom Half of Advanced Armorsmithing: Volume III drops from the Black Guard Swordsmith on the Scourge side of Stratholme, entered through the Eastwall Gate. He will appear when someone picks up the Blacksmithing Plans on the ground to the right side of the stairs leading up to Baroness Anastari.
Notes
This item can be joined with the 
[Top Half of Advanced Armorsmithing: Volume III] to form a book called 
[Enchanted Thorium Platemail] which can be turned in Lorekeeper Lydros in the library in Dire Maul in order to get 
[Plans: Enchanted Thorium Helm].
