The Book of Names is found in the library room of the Zskera Vaults. It reads:
Book of Names
<This book appears to be a list of names, the first few names are written with a very neat handwriting. As they go on, the handwriting becomes more erratic. It is clear that they have been written with different ink, as though someone wrote down one or two names at a time.
The order of the names appears to have no method to it, and the majority appear to be draconic in nature. A few have lines drawn through them.
You do notice some familiar names in the book: Alexstrasza, Nozdormu, Malygos, and Ysera. These do not have lines through them and are not written next to each other.
The purpose of the book is unclear.>
