Blue Eyes are beholder eyes that briefly spawn as a part of the Durumu the Forgotten encounter in the Throne of Thunder.
Abilities
- Blue Rays - The caster focuses their gaze at the target for 10 sec. When this gaze ends a cone of Blue Rays centered on the target forms.
- Ice Wall - Creates a wall of ice at the target location.
