The Benthic Cloak is sold by Finder Palta at Newhome in Nazjatar for 5 . It can also be rewarded from  Mur-Lock and Load and  Urgent Rescue, or drop randomly from rare mobs, chests, and world quests in Nazjatar.

It randomly turns into one of the following items:
