Description
- The Accuser says: The venthyr who were supposed to absolve these souls are driven mad by the Light. Return the neglected souls to my collector.

Notes
At the Scorched Crypt[24, 38] loot the Iron Chains.
- Collector Marissa says: These chains will bind the souls to your grasp. Do not worry, it causes them no harm.
Kill Blistering Inquisitors, Feral Ritualists, and Ashen Rampagers.
When you retrieve the souls, you get the Shackled Soul debuff. Return them to Marissa.
- Collector Marissa says: The Prince will be pleased with this one, <name>.
- Collector Marissa says: Ah there's still plenty of Anima in this one.
Patch changes
Hotfix (2021-01-25): Players using 
[Fel Rush] and other similar movement abilities are now reliably able to return souls to Collector Marissa for the quest "Battered and Bruised." - Patch 9.0.2 (2020-11-17): Added.
