Base of the Chamberlain can be found at ^{[34.6, 64.8]} beneath the Hall of the Grand Imperion, the southern building of the Court of Bones on the southwestern end of the Isle of Thunder. Upon completion of the quest, the base is reformed into The Royal Chamberlain.
