The Barnacle Encrusted Key drops from cursed hozen swabbies found swimming around the sunken pirate ship south of Old Pi'jiu, itself on the southern shore of the Timeless Isle. Astern on the lower deck is the Sunken Treasure, which this key unlocks. Inside the chest is the 
[Cursed Swabby Helmet].
