- "The sands of this hourglass appear to float in place, suspended in time. The iconograpy decorating it is nearly identical to the more familiar Bronze Dragon hourglasses you are used to, only with more murlocs."
Azmerlothian Hourglass is given to players by Alulgultasza de Urgl-Blalul inside Azmerloth after completing the Time Rifts boss encounter and starting the 
[10-70] A Murloc and a Dragon Walk into a Time Rift... quest, one of the criteria of 
[Temporal Acquisitions Specialist].
After turning in the quest to Soridormi, the hourglass appears on a table not far from her, where it can be interacted with:
<This hourglass was given to you by "Alulgultasza de Urgl-Blalul", presumably Amurloths version of Alexstrasza.
After she used it to pull herself into our timeline momentarily, Alexstrasza was able to communicate with her.
It appears they are also beset by time rifts, and she wanted peace between our timelines. Alexstrasza accepted.
Upon being pressed for additional information about the conversation, Alexstrasza relented, and said that they complimented each other on their horns.>
