Ashen Cylcones[sic] are summoned by Azgar on a cliff in the Ember Ward in Revendreth. Running into one afflicts you with 
Ashen Winds, which knocks you back, deals a percentage of your max health in damage, and stuns you for 1.5 seconds.
Many cyclones dot the area around Azgar, making travel there potentially unsafe.
