Arvaanas is an employee of Blizzard Entertainment. He was employed as a member of World of Warcraft's Quality Assurance team for the North America region, and usually posted in Public Test Realm forums.
On June 7, 2018, Arvaanas announced that he had accepted a new position and would be working with the Overwatch team once the Battle for Azeroth expansion went live. The same announcement also introduced Itzali as his replacement.[1]
