Argent Crusader is a quest reward from  [60] The Argent Hold which starts with Lord Maxwell Tyrosus in Light's Hope Chapel in Eastern Plaguelands. The quest chain to get this weapon begins with  [60D] The Archivist and then continues when you acquire the head of Balnazzar and accept the quest  [60D] The Truth Comes Crashing Down.
