- Combine with a "chance-on-hit" enchantment like
[Fiery Weapon] or [Lifestealing], and this axe becomes a very good tanking weapon that will generate a lot of aggro. - It stacks with the Warrior ability

- Item level squished.

Hotfix (2015-08-17): Annihilator should no longer have a chance to trigger its on hit effect on targets that are above level 63. - Patch 6.0.2 (2014-10-14): Stats squished.
Patch 4.0.1 (2010-10-12): No longer requires Master Axesmith.
