Aerya is an employee of Blizzard Entertainment. Her role is primarily as day-to-day Social Media communications for World of Warcraft, but may occasionally post in the WoW forums.[1]
Her forum title is Community Manager instead of Social Media Manager in order to avoid confusion.[2]

- She has played World of Warcraft since its "earliest days".
- According to Ornyx, she has adventurous tales to share of tanking during The Burning Crusade.
- She would have preferred a corgi as her avatar, but a cat is great, too.[3]
