Maw Haunt

Accursed Keepsakes rarely drop from the respawned Wrath of the Lich King-era undead bosses in Icecrown during the Death Rising event.

With the keepsake in a player's inventory, it will occasionally buff the player with Accursed:

Accursed — Something is with you.... 30 sec buff

While Accursed, a Maw Haunt will follow the player around and the player may hear a fear sound or a "ghostly" sound effect.
