The Mouthpiece Mount is attached to the Maraudine War Horn, located on a tall butte at the northern end of the Valley of Spears in Desolace.[29.8, 53.5]
Prior Cataclysm, the horn was reachable via a footpath and bridge. Since Cataclysm, the bridge has disappeared, making the horn only reachable by flying.
Objective of
The horn is used to summon Khan Hratha for the quest Khan Hratha. Blowing it requires a 
[War Horn Mouthpiece].
