Spell power gems

Bonuses for Spell power can only be obtained through Red gems, Orange gems, Purple gems, and Meta gems.

As of 3.0.2, bonuses for Healing were removed from the game, and combined/replaced with a blanket Spell power stat.

In patch 4.0.1, spell power was removed from the game and replaced by intellect.
