This picture is both terrible and hilarious. It looks like this Orc stopped to ask this gnome for directions and got a sword in the gut for it. I can hear it now, "Excuse me I am on my way to Stonard and was wondering if you could tell me… AHHHH!? What the crap man?" The fact that the Orc is unarmed makes it even worse... Not to mention the way the gnome's armor is drawn reminds me of some old D&D artwork...and so does what's going on in the picture.
