The image in question is just a orc female model with a naked draenei male texture on it. You wont be able to find it in the MPQ files. If you want to reproduce this, you need to find away to apply the draenei male textures on a orc female model - I havent been able to do so as of yet -- D ♠ T ♣ C ♦  18:04, 8 April 2007 (EDT)

If you look at the hoofs you can see there isnt a cut like on the draenei models, but its just flat. -- D ♠ T ♣ C ♦  18:09, 8 April 2007 (EDT)

It is a .morph id from private servers, its useless as it is a model that adapts any textures, if you are a... human forexample you get an orc with human textures.
