It's done well, but i can't say i like it, because it doesn't fit the staple of what a WoW expansion box looks like.

If they decided to release alt versions (like they did for WoW classic) then it would be a nice Worgen one. But they've never done that for expansions.
Box art traditionaly has a prominant race (often a head shot) inside the circle with a second body shot of another race to the left in the foreground. TBC did this with a Belf in the circle and Draenei in front. WotLK was the only one to break this, showing only the Lich King and with Frostmourne coming out of the circle, but this is likely due to the lack of two new races (though also because of the name and who he is). It would stand to reason, that Cataclysm will use a Worgen and Goblin mix. I think yours could work well if you use the main worgen you have infront, and then a Goblin's head shot in the circle (because a body shot of a Goblin would look silly :P)
