This looks like a bad photoshop job... Note the missing "Burning Crusade" in the title... Background looks like the nightelf background, and the body is way too big and stocky for the head(looks like a dwarf priest body). The preportions doe not quite match the other photos released video feed files. The head looks tacked onto the body.
