Moogul the Sly is one of the Horde leaders during the Battle for Ashenvale.
Abilities
Demoralizing Shout — Reduces the melee attack power of nearby enemies by 40 for 15 sec.
Bladestorm — You attack all nearby enemies for 7 sec causing weapon damage plus an additional 5 every 1 sec.
Cleave — Inflicts weapon damage plus 50 to an enemy and its nearest allies, affecting up to 10 targets.
Enrage — Physical damage dealt is increased by 1. Attack speed increased by 30%.

Moogul the Sly is a blademaster in the service of the Horde. He moves with quickness and fluidity, carrying a long slender blade in one hand. A red banner rising over his back marks him as a leader, and his long white beard marks him as a sage.[1]
