Go get a berserker skull and some armor for it. Meet me down in Talanji's Rebuke and we'll get him dressed for success.

Return to Dazar'alor and buy the items from Talutu in the Grand Bazaar and Headhunter Lani in the Head Shop in the Zocalo. Then return to Talanji's Rebuke where Kua'fon had previously landed.
