Eliminate them, and any elementals they have unleashed.

Head inside the cave past the fire wall and kill Mistyvale Stonecarvers, Mistyvale Insurgents, Flickering Embers, and Shalescrap Fragments. The Incendiary Goos and Blazing Embers also count.
