Wild Razormouths are jawcrawlers located in the Wormlands in Azj-Kahet. They can't be seen initially, but upon entering the Wormlands, a bar will appear on the player's screen called "Tremorsense" that says, "Something is hearing you move. Stand still or on thick rocks to avoid detection." Partially filling the bar will make them appear.
Abilities
Acid Spit — Spits a glob of acid at the target, inflicting Nature damage.
Burrower — Burrowed and drawn to sound.
