Wasteland Propriety is a soulbind trait available on row 8 of Theotar the Mad Duke's soulbind tree. It causes your Venthyr class ability to grant you and your allies a temporary versatility bonus. The buff lasts 1/6 the time of your Venthyr class ability's cooldown.

Since the warrior ability [Condemn] has no cooldown, warriors have a line added to Wasteland Propriety's tooltip: "You may only serve tea every 1 min." The buff lasts 10 seconds to match.

Patch changes

• Hotfix (2021-02-18): Fixed an issue that allowed Theotar the Mad Duke to serve tea to more than 4 allies with Wasteland Propriety when triggered by certain Venthyr class abilities.
