Torchsnarl is a kobold located in the Ringing Deeps. One of The Candle King's enforcers, Torchsnarl held sway over the Warrens and took vicious pleasure in oppressing dissent. After being defeated by an adventurer sent by Skitter, he runs away and is later encountered in Darkflame Cleft. He is presumably the leader of the Waxtail kobolds.
Abilities
One-Hand Headlock — Torchsnarl rushes to a random enemy and grabs them, stunning them for 5 sec.
Pyro-pummel — Torchsnarl hammers a series of flaming blows into the ground in front of himself, inflicting X Flamestrike damage every 1 for 4 sec.
