Tome of the Silver Hand is the off-hand complement to the paladin artifact 
[The Silver Hand]. As the Silver Hand is two-handed, the Tome appears at the paladin's belt, much like the librams of the paladin hero in Warcraft III.

While it is not available as an item, the appearance is automatically equipped with the [The Silver Hand]. However, once the artifacts were made available with transmog, it is not applied along with the mace unlike other artifacts with additional appearances.
Trivia
- The flavor text means "By blood and honor we serve" in the Common tongue, and is depicted on the stained glass image of Tyr from Stratholme's Cathedral of Light.
