Timeless Wanderer's Insights teaches the 
[Sudden Death] rune for cloaks.

Find the Wandering Swordsman in Silithus and accept his challenge; though three difficulties are presented, only Medium or Hard will allow the rune to be obtained. Upon accepting, you will be teleported to a platform high above Ahn'Qiraj to battle Khonsu. Defeat him to obtain the quest 
[60] Infinite Midnight, which awards the rune.
