- Arator the Redeemer, Lor'themar Theron, Turalyon, and the Adventurer looks into the sky and they saw three massive spires crash landing unleashing a ton of void monsters.

- Faerin Lothar, Alonsus Faol, Lothraxion, and Turalyon charge into battle. Arator and the adventurer were going to charge but Lor'themar intervenes.
- Lor'themar Theron: Arator, wait!
- Lor'themar Theron: I must escort these civilians to the docks and get them to safety.
- Lor'themar Theron: There are still many unaccounted for.
- Lor'themar Theron: We cannot abandon them to the Void.
- Arator: Of course, Lor'themar.
- Arator: We'll do everything in our power to safeguard them.
- Arator: Surely the High Exarch can spare us for a moment to save their lives.
- The adventurer nods
On the other side of the cutscene, accept [80] A Safe Path from Arator.
Lor'themar has a gossip:

Rescue many civilians by clearing the debris that trapped the civilians, healing the Injured Civilians, or speaking to the Scared Civilians.
The Scared Civilian have gossips:

There's a boat leaving for Silvermoon. I can't stay here, I need to get to it!
(Quest) Arator and I will see you safely to the boats.
Players with non-healing abilites may use the 
[Healing Flask] that is provided to heal the Injured Civilians.
The Injured Civlians have dialogue:
- Injured Civilian says: I can make it now. Be careful!
- Injured Civilian says: I thought I was dead for sure!
- Injured Civilian says: Thank you, friend! May the Light bless you!
The Rescued Civlians have dialogue:
- Rescued Civilian says: I feared I would miss the boats! Thank you, <name>.
- Rescued Civilian says: Thank you, <name>. I had almost given up hope!
- Rescued Civilian says: I will follow you, <name>.
- Scared Civilian says: I can make it from here.
- Scared Civilian says: We're safe--Arator is here. Run to the boats!
Head to the Silver Landing where Matron Arena, Mother Goldskimmer and Moira Thaurissan are healing the injured.

Ysida Harmon, Sol, Mariella Ward, Caedmos, Priestess Islara and Priest Grimmin are infusing Sun's Reach Dragonhawks with the Light to become Empowered Dragonhawks.
Priest Kath'mar, Grand Artificer Romuul and Tiana Sunfeather are also present at the Silver Landing.
