The Exobar, also known as the Caregiver Center, is the local inn for travelers visiting the Exodar, with Caregiver Breel watching over them.

Speculation

All the upper beds are stasis/escape pods. It may have once been the medical bay of the Exodar before it crashed. The Cryo-Core may have also been a medical bay, due to the obvious use of cryonics, and the  [Medical Supplies] scattered about.
