The Council's Wisdom is a buff that grants a 5% bonus to experience and reputation gains while at the Broken Isles.

It is granted to mage players who are wielding  [Ebonchill], by the following NPCs:

•  Eve Fredrickson <Memory of the Council of Tirisfal>
•  Fiora Ar'nareth <Memory of the Council of Tirisfal>
•  Eldragosa <Memory of the Council of Tirisfal>
•  Blinks <Memory of the Council of Tirisfal>
•  Vyrin Ethrezil <Memory of the Council of Tirisfal>
•  Seanus Copeland <Memory of the Council of Tirisfal>

Notes

• Must be on or have completed the quest   [10-45] Memories of Ebonchill.
• Leaving the Broken Isles will remove the buff.
• Can be refreshed by talking to the Memory that is available for that day.
